J. Jacob R. Peek
ATTORNEY
Jake Peek represents clients in tax planning, business acquisitions, dispositions and mergers, as well as providing ongoing counseling regarding business formation, corporate governance, contract law and ancillary legal issues.
Jake also regularly counsels tax-exempt organizations on tax and governance matters. He is a certified specialist in Tax Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
